RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To accept an exchange/return we must receive the goods within 14 days beginning on the day after you received your parcel.

To exchange/return your order, please email us at info@thehiveclothing.eu with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange within 3 calendar days after order delivery.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are processed within 24-48h.
Parcels are picked up every weekday by UPS between 12 pm and 4 pm.
Shipping time vary between 2 to 4 business days for UPS and 5 to 15 days for Global Post.

Order processing can take longer if ordered products are not available in our main warehouse. You will be notified if that is the case.
